email us the following information:

  • A brief description of your business
    (your Web site/URL is sufficient)
  • Your target audience (e.g. internal,
    external)
  • The type of document (i.e. advertising,
    presentation, report, letter; general or
    strategic, etc.)
  • Your specific guidelines: terminology,
    style, etc.
  • Your required delivery date
  • Your document(s) for:
  • Translation, or
  • Adaptation
  • Any other documentation or
    information that would be useful
    in carrying out the project.


When we receive your e-mail, we’ll send
you the necessary information to get your
project on the right track.

Once you approve the estimate, we start
the project.
Here’s the timeline for a typical project:

  • Reception of your project
  • Confirmation of project launch,
    delivery date and price by email
  • Your approval the estimate by
    email
  • Launch the translation project,
    followed by the revision, polishing
    and proofreading of the document
    as required by our quality control
    process
  • Sending of the final version of text
  • Your approval of the text by email
  • Sending of our invoice payable on
    receipt
  • Reception and processing of your
    payment (see Rates section)
